We collect your Personal Information solely for the purposes of offering and providing our professional consulting services to you.

You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time simply by contacting us. We will require sufficient identification from you before completing your request.

We have no interest in, and therefore we do not collect any Sensitive Information about you.

Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act as including information or opinion about things including but not limited to, an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, sex, gender identity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, criminal record or health information.

Third Parties...

Generally we will only collect your Personal Information directly from you or from your interactions with us in the course of offering or providing our services to you.

In some circumstances we may be provided with your information by third parties, for example as part of a referral process.

When this occurs we will contact you to make you aware of both the information which has been provided to us, and the identity of the third party who provided the information to us.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you to correct or update it. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us.

Otherwise, your Personal Information will be stored in offline client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years in line with Australian Taxation requirements.
