FoodSure is a food safety consulting & auditing business established in 2000, based in Northern NSW. We service clients in both regional and metropolitan centres throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific. We develop, audit and provide the necessary training for food safety systems to meet both the relevant regulatory & individual customer requirements. We have a strong emphasis on achieving Best Practice in our clients' businesses. As part of our service, we also provide clients with the ongoing technical support essential to help foster the necessary cultural change within their business.

With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, we draw our knowledge and skills from a background in food technology, environmental health and dietetics. We have worked regularly on Aged Care and Food Service projects such as HACCP benchmark audits, regulatory compliance gap audits, food safety training and development of food safety management systems.

Specific projects have included developing HACCP food safety management systems to meet certification requirements in the meat, baking, grain, fresh produce and beverage industries, and HACCP training and auditing to meet the organisation's goals.

We are registered with Exemplar Global as a Level 4, National Food Safety Auditor (NFSA-4) for food retail and high risk food service operations.

As professional trainers we are qualified assessors & workplace trainers.

We are Professional Members of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology, (AIFST), and are fully covered for professional indemnity and public liability.
